Accepted Forms of Payment ~ We accept Zelle, and Credit Cards. NO CHECKS.
Cancellation Policy ~ If for any reason you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please give a 24 hour courtesy call. In the event of a same day cancellation, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a service fee of 100% will be applied.
Late Arrivals ~ Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but out of consideration for a following guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.
A Note on Sanitation ~ Metal implements used during treatments, including nippers, clippers, pushers and tweezers are thoroughly disinfected using a hospital grade solution between each client. Implements not capable of being disinfected, including abrasives, wooden pushers, and buffers are designed for a one time use and will be given to you for home use at the end of your treatment. Implements used for electrolysis are sterilized in an auto clave. Only disposable insulated probes are used for treatments.
We do not use spa chairs. A simple, but elegant hygienic stainless steel, or copper bowl is used to perform pedicures.
Products ~ Only professional products of the highest quality are used to ensure the integrity of your skin, nails and your eyelashes.
